Lieberman Management Services is proud to announce the roll-out of our new and improved eSTAR for homeowners and Board members!
The Web-based one-stop shop – where users are able to place service requests, access account history, pay assessments and view property information – has undergone upgrades in both appearance and functionality. The Lieberman team took into account opinions and suggestions from various users in order to make the system much more user-friendly and streamlined.
The new upgrades include:
- A new Community tab that houses an amenity calendar, an association Wiki and a picture gallery. Homeowners can now reserve their community clubhouse or party room through eSTAR.
- The Board Room – accessible by Board members only – have the ability to access internal reviews of vendors and soon will be able to create their own reviews of vendors.
- A user interface that accommodates all Web browsers and mobile devices.
- A Bookmarks feature that allows users to bookmark documents they frequently access such as Association rules and regulations, budgets and financial statements.
- Association documents that are organized more efficiently and are searchable by the user.
- Easier registration via the user’s e-mail address.
- Easier navigation of eSTAR homepage, with Tabs on top and Links on the side.
- New and improved action lists, work orders, delinquencies and occupant listings in a user-friendly and searchable grid that can be sorted and filtered by various categories. Additionally all lists can be printed to PDF or exported to Excel with a click of a button.
“Our team listened to ideas and suggestions from various users of the previous eSTAR and used those ideas as a springboard for creating the new eSTAR,” said Steven Rieger, Director of IT at Lieberman Management Services. “Our plan is to introduce another edition of eSTAR in the near future with additional functionality, such as package tracking and text message alerts for homeowners and Board members.”
“Our clients have used eSTAR for more than 10 years and we are pleased that we can now offer increased functionality,” said Carla Kennedy, CEO of Lieberman Management Services. “The new edition gives users more of what they want, in a user-friendly format. This initiative is part of our larger goal to bring added value to the management services we provide. We will continue to offer upgrades and improvements to eSTAR that encourage community interaction and improve communication.”
